I. Happiness Guarantee
At Nutra Harmony, we genuinely care about your satisfaction and well-being. We stand behind the quality and safety of every product we offer. Our Happiness Guarantee is designed for first-time purchasers of each product made through authorized sellers. This helps us maintain a fair and sustainable policy for all customers, ensuring everyone can shop with confidence.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to contact our Quality and Compliance Team within 30 days of delivery. We will review your concern and work with you to make it right in accordance with our internal policy and applicable regulations.
To help us evaluate your experience, you will be asked to complete a Product Feedback Form, which is available upon request. Submission of this form allows our Quality and Compliance Team to review your feedback and process your Happiness Guarantee request efficiently.
Please note: Any reports of adverse events or product-related health issues are subject to a separate safety and adverse event reporting procedure and will be handled according to our regulatory compliance protocols.
Proof of purchase
(i) All Happiness Guarantee requests must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase demonstrating that the product was purchased through a verifiable sales channel.
(ii) Nutra Harmony, LLC cannot review or process any claim that is not supported by such documentation.
Statement of reason for request
(i) To process a Happiness Guarantee request, customers must share a short explanation of how the product did not meet their expectations. This allows Nutra Harmony, LLC to better understand the customer’s experience and evaluate the request.
(ii) Customers must submit a completed Product Feedback Form, which is available upon request. This form captures necessary information regarding the customer’s experience with the product.
Timeframe for submission of claims
(i) The Happiness Guarantee is available for a limited period calculated from the confirmed delivery date of the product.
(ii) The claim period begins on the next calendar day following the confirmed delivery date.
(iii) Eligibility continues for the product’s labeled serving supply (the “Serving Period”), plus an additional thirty (30) calendar days (the “Evaluation Period”).
Example:
a. Order placed: October 1
b. Product delivered: October 3
c. Claim period begins: October 4 (day 1)
d. Serving Period: 30 days
e. Evaluation Period: 30 days
f. Final eligible submission date: December 2
(iv) Claims submitted after the end of the applicable claim window will not be eligible for review.
Eligible refund amount
(i) The maximum reimbursement available under the Happiness Guarantee is limited to the product’s original purchase price as displayed on Nutra Harmony, LLC’s official website at the time of purchase. You can view current pricing details here: NUTRAHARMONY
(ii) Costs not directly tied to the product’s purchase price, such as shipping charges, taxes, handling fees, or other transaction-related expenses, are refundable only when the purchase was made through Nutra Harmony’s official direct sales channels (Amazon USA and NUTRAHARMONY).
Claim resolution
(i) Nutra Harmony, LLC will review each Happiness Guarantee request in accordance with its established internal procedures. All determinations are made at the Company’s discretion based on the information available at the time of review.
(ii) Nutra Harmony may decline a request when the submission does not meet the stated requirements of this Policy or when the information provided is insufficient to support approval.
(iii) The Company may, at its discretion, limit the level of detail provided regarding the basis of its decision. All determinations under this Policy are final.
II. 30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
