Suggested Use
- Standard serving: 1 ml (≈28–30 drops).
- When to take: It is recommended to take in the morning with food or on an empty stomach. If needed, you can split the dose into 0.5 ml in the morning and 0.5 ml in the afternoon for better tolerance. It is not recommended to take in the evening.
- How to take: you may take it sublingually under the tongue or dilute it in water.
- Daily use: suitable for short-term daily use for up to 120 days, or as directed by your healthcare professional. For longer use, take a break after 120 days or reduce intake to once every 3 days, unless otherwise recommended by your physician.
- If you miss a dose: simply continue as usual the next day — do not double the serving.
- The bottle includes a glass dropper with measurement markings, so you can adjust your intake if needed. Do not exceed the recommended serving unless directed by your healthcare provider.

Compatibility
